Bekker Hammer type drill rig sampling through leach pad spent ore on the Landusky gold heap leach mine. Sampling program carried out for a geochemical characterization program. The Bekker Hammer rig returns samples up to 6" in diameter using compressed air thereby minimizing break up of the samples and therefore minimizing geochemical disturbance.
