·         Evaluation of closure options and assist with development of a Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and a Multiple Accounts Analysis

 

Mt. Morgan (Abandoned) Mine Site, Qld, Australia (2003-present) for Qld. Dept. Natural Resources

·         Review of historic mine data and maps

·         Development of a 3D model and extraction of mine unit volumes

·         Mapping support of detailed hydrogeological site characterization (including drilling, well installations, and hydraulic testing)

 

Grasberg Mine, Papau, Indonesia (2001-2003) for P.T. Freeport Indonesia

·         Production of all mapping and graphic products for an Integrated Control and Closure Plan (ICCP) including mine development, ARD control, and environmental impacts

·         Development of ICCP for current and future site infrastructure.

 

Pampa Pabellon Tailings Impoundment, Collahuasi, Chile (2003) for CIA. Minera Dona Ines De Collahuasi SCM

·         Air photograph interpretation of tailings discharge including analysis of active disposal areas, flooded areas and channel zones

·         GIS rectification of air photographs with digital base maps
